Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of S2P, including accounts, workspaces, connected repositories, generated drafts, APIs, publishing destinations, and related services.

Last updated:

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are between you and S2P - Ship 2 Post. By accessing S2P, creating an account, connecting a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use S2P for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

S2P is a GitHub-native release marketing copilot. It receives repository signals, evaluates trigger rules, generates channel-specific drafts, supports review and approval workflows, publishes authorized posts to connected destinations, and records operational status, metrics, and audit events.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and maintain appropriate workspace access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the repositories, brand profiles, social accounts, webhook destinations, API keys, and members connected to your workspace.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit or create in S2P, including repository metadata, brand profiles, templates, prompts, drafts, approved posts, uploaded media, and webhook delivery configuration.

You grant S2P the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, transmit, publish, and store that content solely to provide, secure, operate, and improve the service and to publish on your behalf to the destinations you authorize.

5. Connected platforms

Your use of GitHub and social platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, APIs, rate limits, moderation decisions, and availability. S2P is not responsible for third-party platform outages, content removals, account restrictions, API changes, or rejected publish requests.

6. AI-generated drafts

S2P uses AI to generate suggested copy from repository signals, workspace settings, brand profiles, and channel templates. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing content, including legal, regulatory, confidentiality, trademark, and platform-policy compliance.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use S2P to:

  • send spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive content;
  • harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully discriminate;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • publish confidential information without authorization;
  • bypass security, access another workspace, or misuse API keys;
  • violate laws or connected platform policies.

8. APIs and automation

API keys are workspace-scoped and must be protected as secrets. You are responsible for any automation you build with S2P APIs, including rate behavior, data handling, credential storage, and actions taken by scripts or integrations using your keys.

9. Plans, billing, and trials

Free, trial, beta, or paid plans may include limits on workspaces, repositories, users, drafts, posts, channels, API usage, or support. Paid fees, taxes, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds will be presented at checkout or in the applicable order terms once billing is enabled.

10. Beta features and availability

Some features may be beta, experimental, or provided without a service level commitment. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where needed to improve reliability, comply with law, respond to third-party platform changes, or protect the service.

11. Security

You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access, exposed API keys, compromised social connections, or suspected security issues. Security reports can be sent to info@s2p.dev.

12. Intellectual property

S2P, including its software, interface, brand, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by S2P or its licensors. These terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law gives you such rights.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using S2P at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for users or platforms, fail to pay fees when due, misuse automation, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.

14. Disclaimers

S2P is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, post reach, engagement, platform acceptance, search visibility, or business results.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S2P will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill loss, or third-party platform actions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of CHF 100 or the fees paid to S2P for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify S2P against claims arising from your content, your connected accounts, your use of S2P, your breach of these terms, your API integrations, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Governing law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts at the business location of S2P have jurisdiction where a dispute cannot be resolved informally.

18. Changes

We may update these terms as the product, law, or business changes. Material updates will be communicated through the product, website, or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

19. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@s2p.dev.
